Investment Structure

The project uses a Sponsor–Investor structure led by Caviar Living, which sources and structures the deal, secures the master lease, furnishes and positions the property, and manages day-to-day operations to drive profitability. Caviar Living earns a 15% ongoing asset and operations management fee for running the property, and a 10% sponsor promote paid after management fees throughout the life of the investment for sourcing, structuring, and overseeing the deal.
